AppSense has great support, but their knowledge base doesn’t have the information for Office 2013 personalization yet.
Most of it is fairly simple. Just use the Office 2010 keys, and change everything from 14.0 to 15.0. There is some difference with Lync though.

First, add all applications, and add them to a application group. The correct settings can be seen it the screenshot:

Go to the Tab Registry. Add the following:

Mezer_03-28_10-28-08

If you prefer copy – pasting just add the keys below:

Include

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Shared
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Shared Tools

Exclude

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Access\Resiliency\DocumentRecovery
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Excel\Resiliency\DocumentRecovery
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Common Research
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Outlook\Resiliency\DocumentRecovery
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\15.0\PowerPoint\Resiliency\DocumentRecovery
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Resiliency\DocumentRecovery
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Word\Resiliency\DocumentRecovery

Go to the Folder Registry. Add the following:

Include

{CSIDL_APPDATA}\Microsoft\Templates
{CSIDL_APPDATA}\Microsoft\Ms Project
{CSIDL_APPDATA}\Microsoft\Stationery
{CSIDL_APPDATA}\Microsoft\Outlook\RoamCache
{CSIDL_APPDATA}\Microsoft\Word
{CSIDL_APPDATA}\Microsoft\IOS
{CSIDL_APPDATA}\Microsoft\PowerPoint
{CSIDL_APPDATA}\Microsoft\Office
{CSIDL_APPDATA}\Microsoft\UProof
{CSIDL_APPDATA}\Microsoft\Protect
{CSIDL_APPDATA}\Microsoft\Excel
{CSIDL_APPDATA}\Microsoft\Proof
{CSIDL_APPDATA}\Microsoft\Publisher
{CSIDL_APPDATA}\Microsoft\Outlook
{CSIDL_APPDATA}\Microsoft\Graph
{CSIDL_APPDATA}\Microsoft\Signatures
{CSIDL_APPDATA}\Microsoft\InterConnect
{CSIDL_LOCAL_APPDATA}\Microsoft\Office
{CSIDL_APPDATA}\Microsoft\Infopath

Exclude

{CSIDL_APPDATA}
{CSIDL_APPDATA}\Microsoft\Templates\LiveContent
{CSIDL_LOCAL_APPDATA}
{CSIDL_LOCAL_APPDATA}\Microsoft\Office\Groove
{CSIDL_COMMON_APPDATA}
{CSIDL_LOCAL_APPDATA}\Microsoft\Office\15.0
{CSIDL_APPDATA}\Microsoft\Document Building Blocks

And as last, personalization for Lync. this is a bit different  than the AppSense knowledge base article. This keys are contained in the session data.

Mezer_03-28_10-28-45

Include the following:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Lync
HKEY_Current_User\Software\Microsoft\Communicator
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows Messaging Subsystem

Update

If you like to split the applications and not use a group, the message subsystem registry has disappeared in Office 2013.  you should put the key

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\<version>\Outlook\Profiles

In the session date to make sure all applications can use outlook.

We had a problem with attachments in outlook. This can be solved by adding the following keys to the exclusions.

{CSIDL_COMMON_APPDATA}
{CSIDL_PROFILE}

Thanks to Ben Pelzer.
